That's why every Canada Made chip is cooked in 100% avocado oil — never blended, never compromised. Avocado oil has a high smoke point, a clean taste, and a better fatty acid profile than the vegetable oils most chips are made with. We chose it because we'd rather make a snack we'd serve at our own family table.

Our chips are kettle-cooked in small batches at a certified facility in Woodbridge, Ontario, just outside Toronto. We start with quality potatoes, season them with carefully chosen spice blends, and finish them with the crisp, golden crunch only true kettle-cooking gives.
